Are we satisfied? 72% of the interviewees were satisfied with their place of work. Nevertheless, a large proportion of them reported certain aspects of the office that they find inconvenient. The main problems that caused them concern were noise disturbance (45%) and lack of privacy (44%). The office layout and the ergonomic features, flexibility and quality of the office furniture, on the other hand, made a major contribution to the employees’ satisfaction.
